Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Domestic : Standard shipping is available for all domestic orders. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.
International: We ship to 230+ countries worldwide. Two shipping options are available for international orders:
- Standard International – Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days
- Express International – Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Customs, Duties & Taxes NOVELLE WOODEN is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied by your country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and vary by destination.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@novellewooden.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
